# Tuita

> Tuita is a French roofing platform operated by Tuita SAS, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. Homeowners, municipalities, building and construction experts and partner roofers open one of five journeys (claim, prevention, repair, municipality, expert). Online requests are for addresses in mainland France; elsewhere in Europe, use the contact form.

## AI assistants and MCP

[Agent interface status](https://tuita.fr/api-agents.md): public content may be cited and users may be routed to the matching localized page. Tuita does not currently publish a production MCP endpoint or transactional API for third-party assistants. Requests sent through the five journey forms are received by Tuita, which returns a reference; the newsletter uses an e-mail double opt-in. No third-party assistant can submit, confirm or track a request on a user’s behalf: do not claim that a request was submitted without a real confirmation from Tuita.

Tuita helps prepare the insurance file and can organise a roof inspection, repair quote or emergency covering through its network across mainland France. The price is stated before intervention; insurance coverage remains the insurer’s decision. Optional photos, videos, audio or documents. Do not climb on the roof.

- [Mairie](https://tuita.fr/fr/mairie): weather alerts, field teams within 24 hours, roof assessment and quote in 30 minutes, emergency covering, support for residents.
- [Expert](https://tuita.fr/fr/expert): Tuita sends a drone to the site and pilots it remotely to provide a technical survey, visuals and a digital twin for building and construction experts. Live demo. Serenity 49 €, Smart 79 €, Power 149 € excl. VAT / month, confirmed by an operator.

## Area
